If you haven't received this by Feb 1st, please email Blue blue@eastercamp.co.nz with all your details. We also have a resource website for you where you can download leaders manuals, more forms, and so on. In Summary
Get a leaders pack
1. Read the leaders booklet. It’ll pretty much explain most that you need to know. If not – hit us with your questions.
2. Get the rego forms out on the street and promo the date they need to be back in.
3. Find your EC workers, make sure they have read the workers manual and filled out their profiles, on the profile sheet provided in the leaders pack.
4. Have a look at all the activities available and get ready! Register your sports teams online with your group regos. (from Leaders Website only) For the Talent Quest kids can register online at the main Eastercamp website. Limited spaces.
5. You and your leaders must attend one of the pre-Easter meetings. You’ll be inspired & encouraged, plus get your head around all the OSH info you need, ask questions, have the opportunity to pray together and collect any information your young people will need.
6. Collect all registrations and enter online via the registration website.
7. Pay online or by post the payment. Send your EC Workers profiles in. Make any arrangements for leave passes for campers with Eastercamp HQ prior to camp.
8. Get to camp with your tents, supplies, and bring the kids!
